December 18 2003--Frogwarts.Com LLC, the small on-line retailer that has gained widespread consumer acceptance in the heavily dominated "large corporation" discount electronics arena, is now expanding its operations to include providing Computer Service to the geographic area of Bergen County, NJ. The company will also become a major discounter of printer consummables such as Toners, Inks and Papers.
Tony Spitzer, founder of Frogwarts.Com LLC, commented by adding; "Service is a logical extension to the discount electronic products we offer the public. People get great prices and delivery on the electronics we provide on our website, http://www.frogwarts.com, but then don't want to be bothered with what can be at described of at times as being in computer hell, trying to get it all the pieces to work properly together". That is where Frogwarts Service comes in Spitzer went on to say. "We set it up, train the consumer in how to work it and provide ongoing support if needed." In addition we can supply them with discounts on printer consummables such as toners and inkjet cartridges.
The company is dedicated to providing technical training and support to a wide variety of areas, not limited to, but including, senior facilities around Bergen (NJ) and Rockland Counties (NY) areas. Spitzer continues, "I realized there was a need for computer support for seniors when my father-in-law moved to Florida this past summer. The face-to-face" support I provided him prior to his moving to Florida was no match to what I was faced with now, having to try and relay the steps to him via the phone and hoping that it was done correctly". I felt frustrated. At times I felt as if I needed to "beam myself over" and take care of it in person. I realized then that there was a real need for the type of service I provided him, and that is part of the reason why we started Frogwarts Service."
