OTHER INFO:
Urban Idolz, a talent agency and television production company, is touring the country's urban areas to find hidden talent acts in the categories of Rap, R&B, Spoken Word Poetry, and Dance.
Rick Barnes, president and founder of Urban Idolz, said, "We created Urban Idolz as a forum to offer people the possibility of a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to make their dreams come true. We're strongly encouraging everyone from students to grandparents to come out and audition. Individuals participating, if chosen will be a representative of their neighborhood and community, which will be a realistic view of the real, hard working, responsible, diverse population that makes up urban neighborhoods."
